Merge GPX files
into one ride.
Recorded an ultra in five stages? Restarted your watch halfway? Drop the separate GPX files in the right order and download one seamless track in seconds.
How merging works
From loose parts to one route
Tracks split for all kinds of reasons: a dead battery, a restart, a separate recording per day. Merging them shouldn't be fiddly — it's done in a few steps. Click through them or let them play.
Step 1 of 4
Collect your GPX parts
Download each stage or recording as a separate GPX file, for example from Strava or Garmin.
Step 2 of 4
Drag all the parts in
Add all your GPX parts at once. They show up instantly as cards.
Step 3 of 4
Put them in order
Drag the cards or use the arrows until the parts are in the right route order.
Step 4 of 4
Merge & carry on
Download one clean, merged GPX — or turn it straight into a poster in the editor.
Merge your tracks.
At least two GPX files. You set the order, we stitch them together.

Questions about merging
-
Is merging GPX files free?
Yes. Merging and downloading the merged GPX is free, with no account. You only pay if you then turn it into a poster, for that poster file.
-
How many files can I merge?
Two to twelve at a time. Got more parts? Merge a batch first and include the result in the next round.
-
In what order are the parts joined?
In the order you choose. After adding the files, drag them or use the arrows until they're in the right route order.
-
Are times and elevation kept?
Yes. Every point keeps its position, elevation and timestamp, and each part stays its own segment in the file. That's why you can upload the merged track as an activity again.
-
Are heart rate, power and cadence kept?
No. The merged file contains position, elevation and time. The tool doesn't carry over sensor data such as heart rate, power or cadence. That doesn't matter for a route map or poster, but it does for your training log.
-
Can I use the result in Strava, Garmin Connect or Komoot?
Yes. You get a standard GPX file that any app with GPX import can read.
-
What happens to my files?
We keep the merged result for 7 days behind an unguessable link, so you can download it or make a poster from it. After that it's deleted automatically.
